Amy Lassers, a native of Toledo, Ohio, enjoys raising her family in Littleton where she loves the community and outdoor activities. She spends her spare time camping and crafting, and she dreams of building a shipping container home.

Amy has been a part of the multifamily industry for more than thirty years. She began in Leasing and moved through the ranks to Regional Vice President throughout Colorado, Southern California, Dallas, Arizona and Kansas. Amy has experience in class A, B and C across all market types, including lease-ups, value add, conventional, affordable, REIT, Private, 3rd party, acquisitions, and dispositions.  She’s leased up about 6,000 new construction units through the years, and she has worked for companies, including Embrey Partners, Echelon, BlackRock, BRE Properties, and The Irvine Company Apartment Communities.

Amy is also an owner of several small multifamily properties in Colorado. She understands first-hand the needs of small properties and small property owners.

Amy specializes in asset management, marketing, Entrata integrations, and consulting for small to midsize owners, including Build-To-Rent (BTR) townhome communities.

Dori J. Brewer, CPM®, CAPS, CAM
With decades of experience in property and asset management, Dori J. Brewer is a results-driven professional known for her ability to optimize portfolios, lead dynamic teams, and drive exceptional performance in real estate operations. Her expertise spans third-party, owner, and institutional asset management, value-add/renovations, and lease-ups.

Dori’s career highlights include managing the successful lease-up and development support of over 4,000 Class A apartment units, and the introduction of parties resulting in the merger & acquisition of a property management firm and assets. A licensed real estate broker in both Colorado and Arizona, she has held leadership roles with organizations like Avanti Residential, BH Management, McWhinney Real Estate Services, and Tucson Realty & Trust Co.

A dedicated educator and coach, Dori is a Principal and Co-founder of Level 10 Property Group, where she focuses on asset management, consulting, and performance coaching. She also founded Property Optimizer and RITE On Coaching & Consulting, developing, and facilitating training programs and coaching for professionals.

Dori is deeply involved in industry leadership, serving as a past board member for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and the Colorado Apartment Association (CAA), where she was President in 2020. A National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty member, she contributes to the development of curriculum and professional certifications, including the Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) designation.
