Amy Lassers

Amy Lassers, a native of Toledo, Ohio, enjoys raising her family in Littleton where she loves the community and outdoor activities. She spends her spare time camping and crafting, and she dreams of building a shipping container home.

Amy has been a part of the multifamily industry for more than twenty-five years. She began in Leasing and moved through the ranks to Regional Vice President throughout Colorado, Southern California, Dallas, Arizona and Kansas. Amy has experience in class A, B and C across all market types, including lease-ups, value add, conventional, affordable, REIT, Private, 3rd party, acquisitions, and dispositions.  She’s leased up about 6,000 new construction units through the years, and she has worked for companies, including Embrey Partners, Echelon, BlackRock, BRE Properties, and The Irvine Company Apartment Communities.

Amy is also an owner of several small multifamily properties in Colorado. She understands first-hand the needs of small properties and small property owners.

Amy is an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). She is the 2023-24 Chair of the Independent Rental Owner Council (IROC), a member of the Joint Legislative Advisory Council (JLAC), and a Board member of AAMD. Amy received her CAPS designation in 2018 from the National Apartment Association, and Amy is a 2020 graduate of Brandman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership.

Amy is known in the industry as being a participative leader with an encouraging demeanor. She breaks down barriers and leads her properties to success through creative solutions, innovative technology, team building, proper marketing, and holding teams accountable to a higher level while having lots of fun! Amy’s motto is “Where there’s an Amy, there’s a way!”.

Dori Brewer, Where did it all begin? Dori’s property & asset management path began as an on-site leasing professional in Texas in the 1980s. During this period many owners found themselves having to give their keys back to the bank and losing their retirement nest egg in the process. It was an eye-opening experience realizing how day-to-day operations could impact whether you survived and thrived or lost everything. If you were investing during The Great Recession, you may have had a similar experience and found yourself having to rethink your plan for the future. Now fast forward to where we are today wondering how the pandemic and historic inflation levels will impact us.

Having personally been affected by those periods of uncertainty fueled her passion for helping owners with smaller investment properties develop skills and learn tips to thrive through these challenging cycles. Real estate can be a path to building wealth. Dori wants to partner with people interested in adding value to their investments by applying a few key strategies to their asset management operations.

During the process of building and operating a full-service property & asset management company, I developed a thorough understanding of how to optimize residential real estate. I have committed myself to designing effective property and asset management education and training for investors.
